Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

We are seeking a candidate who can lead performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation initiatives to elevate lead generation and full-funnel efficiency. The ideal person will enhance tracking, attribution, and campaign execution across paid, organic, and automated channels—ultimately driving stronger pipeline contribution and supporting overall revenue growth.

What will you be working on
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead SEO execution to improve rankings, traffic, and domain health.
  • Build automation workflows across HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Gupshup.
  • Fix tracking and attribution issues using GA4, GTM, and pixels.
  • Optimize CAC, CPL, and ROAS through data-led insights and A/B tests.
  • Improve landing page and funnel performance.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years in performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Mailchimp, and major ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and attribution.
  • Experience managing budgets with CAC/ROAS focus.
  • Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or export-focused businesses.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email/landing page edits.
  • Experience with retargeting, affiliate, or dashboarding tools.
