Manager – Marketing (Lead Generation & Branding)

We are seeking a candidate who will drive lead generation and strengthen brand visibility through events, community programs, partnerships, and content-led initiatives. This person will play a key role in building awareness, influencing pipeline, and supporting the full-funnel marketing engine, while also contributing to broader brand and campaign efforts across the team.

What will you be working on
  • Plan and execute events, roadshows, and community programs to drive qualified leads.
  • Build and manage engagement programs for exporters, SMBs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Support brand campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Manage event budgeting, production, vendors, and logistics.
  • Drive post-event and campaign reporting, including lead capture and ROI measurement.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand representation across all offline and community touchpoints.
  • Support lead gen initiatives through partnerships, co-marketing, and on-ground activations.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in marketing, events, brand, or community roles.
  • Experience running events or on-ground activations that generate leads.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Ability to support general marketing programs across brand, content, and campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or ecosystem-led marketing.
  • Familiarity with community building and partner engagement.
  • Understanding of brand systems, creative workflows, and production.
