We at PayGlocal are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused marketing automation & performance marketing specialist to join our growing marketing team. This hybrid role bridges the technical power of marketing automation with the strategic thinking of performance marketing. You’ll lead the execution of cross-channel campaigns, drive quality pipeline, and optimize the full marketing funnel—from first touch to conversion.

Responsibilities
Marketing automation & CRM
  • Plan, build, and optimize automation workflows using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Gupshup, and other platforms.
  • Implement lead scoring, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and email nurturing campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM and marketing systems to streamline data flow and campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign engagement metrics and continuously improve open, click, and conversion rates.
Performance marketing
  • Plan, execute, and manage high-impact paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Contribute towards performance KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CPL, and CTR by optimizing campaign targeting, bidding, and messaging.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign assets.
Analytics, tracking & reporting
  • Set up and manage end-to-end marketing tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), custom events, and tracking pixels.
  • Define, track, and report on key marketing metrics and funnel performance.
  • Build real-time dashboards (in HubSpot, Looker Studio, or Excel) to visualize campaign effectiveness and lead flow.
  • Use data to draw insights, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements across platforms.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with both marketing automation and performance marketing
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Gupshup, GA4, GTM, and major ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and paid acquisition tactics
  • Experience managing paid budgets and optimizing toward CAC and ROAS goals
  • Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills across marketing and sales functions
Preferred
  • Experience with attribution tools or CDPs
  • Exposure to B2B, fintech, SaaS, or global export-oriented businesses
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or landing page tweaks
  • SEO, retargeting, or affiliate marketing experience
