Outbound Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and oversee the management of leads across various channels. The role requires proactive follow-up, engaging potential customers in meaningful discussions, and ensuring seamless conversion processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation towards selling, lead generation, direct customer interaction, possess proficiency in CRM tools, and preferably have an interest in the payments industry.

What will you be working on
  • Conduct market research, generate leads and drive sales, in addition to outbound calls and emails to prospective customers.
  • Identify & qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions & progress in CRM.
  • Present product information and benefits to prospects, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly & quarterly sales quotas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and differentiate our offerings.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of previous experience in outbound sales & lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams.
  • Self-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including market research, competitors, cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
