Join us to help us shape the future of payments. Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support merchant onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating with partners, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding, approvals, and MID issuance, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.

What will you be working on
  • Assist in onboarding merchants onto the platform based on files received from partners and banks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, KYC, Tech) to ensure timely approval of onboarding cases.
  • Track end-to-end Merchant ID (MID) issuance and ensure adherence to defined TATs.
  • Follow up with relevant teams to expedite pending cases and ensure smooth processing.
  • Share issued MIDs with partners/banks in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for partners/banks to resolve onboarding-related queries and reprocess cases when required.
  • Maintain and update onboarding MIS on a daily basis with high accuracy.
  • Closely monitor onboarding TATs and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and share onboarding trackers/reports with partners/banks on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, fintech, or banking.
Preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of KYC, risk, and onboarding processes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive follow-ups.
