Join us to help us shape the future of payments. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Video KYC Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting customer verification through secure video calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of KYC/AML guidelines.

What will you be working on
  • Conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) sessions with customers in compliance with RBI, SEBI, or regulatory body guidelines.
  • Verify customer identity by checking official documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) and matching them with the individual on video.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy while recording customer details and capturing screenshots/recordings as per policy.
  • Educate customers about the process, resolve basic queries, and guide them through the verification steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately to the compliance/operations team.
  • Update customer records in the CRM or designated system accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure 100% adherence to audit and regulatory standards.
  • Meet defined daily/weekly productivity targets and maintain quality benchmarks in video verification.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Finance, Commerce, or related field).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or customer service will be an advantage.
Preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi/regional language as applicable).
  • Polished presentation and customer handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of KYC norms, RBI/SEBI guidelines, and basic compliance standards.
  • Comfort with video conferencing tools, CRM, and digital platforms.
  • Attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Quiet environment & professional demeanour during customer interactions.
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability for audio/video issues.
