Position Summary:As an AM / Manager – Enterprise Sales (Cross-Border Hunting), you will play a critical role in driving enterprise revenue growth by acquiring and closing high-value deals within the cross-border payments space.This is a pure hunting role, focused on building a strong pipeline from scratch, engaging with enterprise clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business.You will work closely with CXOs, product, and finance teams across industries such as e-commerce, travel, SaaS, education, and other international payment solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with 4‐5 years of experience, exceptional enterprise sales instinct, deep understanding of payments, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise cycles.

What will you be working on
  • Enterprise Hunting: Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise deals in the cross-border payments space.
  • Pipeline Building: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and professional networks.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the complete sales lifecycle – from pitching and solutioning to negotiation and closure.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with CXOs, product leaders, and finance stakeholders across key e-commerce, travel, SaaS, and EdTech sectors.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and position tailored cross-border payment solutions to address business challenges.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and verticals for enterprise account growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple decision makers.
  • Revenue Delivery: Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic deal closures.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, ideally in payments, fintech, SaaS, or banking.
  • Strong hunter mindset: Proven record of building and converting enterprise sales pipelines from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for large/complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of payments ecosystem, cross-border flows, and merchant pain points.
  • Keen commercial acumen with experience structuring custom pricing, MDR, FX, and settlement terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to engage with senior decision makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for disciplined pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred
  • Prior experience with a cross-border payments company, payment aggregator, platform, or neobank.
  • Established relationships with CXOs and finance leaders in e-commerce, travel, SaaS, or D2C sectors.
  • Strong exposure to acquiring, FX, multi-currency settlement, and virtual account products.
  • Experience with channel partners, consultants, or influencer networks for enterprise lead generation.
