Join us to help us shape the future of payments. Role Overview:We are looking for a Chargeback Intern to support the dispute resolution process. The intern will assist in handling chargeback cases, reviewing transaction disputes, preparing representment documentation, and coordinating with merchants, banks, and internal teams.This role provides hands-on exposure to card payment processes, fraud prevention, dispute lifecycle management, and financial operations.

What will you be working on
  • Review and analyze chargeback and dispute cases for card transactions.
    • Assist in preparing representment and pre-arbitration responses.
      • Collect and organize supporting documents such as:
        • Proof of delivery
        • Invoice copies
        • Merchant communication
        • Refund and cancellation policies
      • Coordinate with merchants and internal stakeholders for required evidence.
        • Monitor chargeback timelines and ensure timely submissions.
          • Update dispute records and maintain accurate case tracking.
            • Prepare MIS reports and basic analysis on dispute trends.
              Qualifications
              • Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking Operations).
              • Good communication and email/document drafting skills.
              • Basic understanding of online payments, cards, and e-commerce transactions is preferred.
              • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
              • Freshers with interest in fintech, banking operations, and risk management are welcome.
