About the Role:As our Sales Strategy and Operations Associate, you'll be the engine behind our enterprise sales machine, partnering directly with our VP and Head of Enterprise Sales to drive strategy, unlock new markets, and turn intelligence into action.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and treats every challenge as a puzzle worth solving. You'll own the backend of some of our largest, most complex deals — building the research, intelligence, and strategic frameworks that power our frontline leadership.

What will you be working on
  • Strategic Account Support
    • Own the backend operations for large, high-value enterprise accounts — enabling our sales leadership to lead client conversations with confidence and precision.
    • Develop deep account intelligence: org charts, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and opportunity analysis.
    • Build sales enablement assets — pitch decks, proposals, battle cards, and custom briefs — tailored to each account's context.
    • Track deal progress, flag risks, and ensure the pipeline stays clean and actionable.
  • Market Research & Intelligence
    • Conduct structured market research to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and emerging buyer signals.
    • Build competitive landscape analyses and surface insights that directly inform go-to-market strategy.
    • Monitor industry developments, news, and signals relevant to our target segments and geographies.
  • AI-Powered Strategy & Execution
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, generate strategic frameworks, personalize outreach, and build scalable sales playbooks.
    • Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve sales operations efficiency and output quality.
    • Translate AI-generated insights into polished, decision-ready deliverables for senior stakeholders.
  • New Market Expansion
    • Support initiatives to identify, evaluate, and activate opportunities in new international markets.
    • Research market entry dynamics — regulatory environments, buyer behavior, competitive presence — to inform expansion decisions.
    • Help build the outreach infrastructure needed to open doors in priority geographies.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, strategy, consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Exceptionally strong research and analytical skills.
  • Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) and a natural instinct to use them creatively and efficiently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • A startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, self-directed, and energized by ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and adapting communication style accordingly.
  • Interest in global markets and cross-cultural business dynamics.
Preferred
  • Prior exposure to enterprise B2B sales cycles in sectors such as travel, e-commerce, retail, fintech, or logistics.
  • Experience working in or researching international emerging markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • A second language is a plus.
