Business Development Manager (Hunting)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager focused on acquiring new partners and expanding our network in the fintech and payments ecosystem. This role is primarily responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new business opportunities.

What will you be working on
  • Identify and acquire new strategic partners and business opportunities.
  • Build a strong outbound sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Drive end-to-end partner acquisition including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meets to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and activation of partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/acquisition targets.
  • Develop short-term and long-term business growth strategies.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and regular sales reporting.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or banking preferred.
  • Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquisition and partnerships.
