Position Summary: As Manager / Senior Manager – Global Infrastructure Partnerships, you will play a critical role in building and managing PayGlocal’s global payments infrastructure ecosystem. This role focuses on managing strategic relationships with infrastructure partners including virtual account providers, FX liquidity providers, alternative payment methods (APMs), card schemes, and domestic payment rails that power PayGlocal’s cross-border payments stack.You will own the supply side of the business – ensuring PayGlocal has the best available infrastructure to deliver seamless, compliant, and scalable global payment flows for merchants. This role requires strong commercial acumen, solutioning ability, and significant hands-on understanding of cross-border partnership management, technical integration, and operations. What will you be working on
  • Global Infrastructure Partnerships: Own and manage strategic relationships with global infrastructure providers including virtual account providers, APM aggregators, FX liquidity providers, card schemes, and domestic payment rails.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate and manage commercial terms, pricing structures, SLAs, settlement arrangements, and contracts with infrastructure partners to optimize costs and service-levels.
  • Integration & Solutioning: Project-manage technical integrations and operationalization of new partners, evaluating connectivity options, data standards, reconciliation formats, and partner readiness.
  • Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and expand the pool of global infrastructure providers, evaluating new rails, APMs, core banking APIs, payout partners, and alternative network options for new corridors.
  • Risk & Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with compliance, risk, and treasury teams to ensure new infrastructure partners and solutions meet internal risk, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • APMs & Domestic Rails: Scout and manage business relationships with emerging payment rails, alternative networks, and domestic partners to broaden infrastructure supply.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to prioritize infrastructure roadmap and integration resources.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in payments infrastructure, banking partnerships, product management, or digital payments, ideally with exposure to cross-border solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships, including commercial negotiation and integration enablement.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, settlement structures, FX, virtual accounts, APMs, and related ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple integrations and commercial negotiations in parallel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Preferred
  • Prior experience with a payments company, cross-border platform, payment aggregator, banking alliance, or financial network provider.
  • Existing relationships with FX, APMs, virtual accounts, or card scheme partners.
  • Exposure to financial technology integrations, partnership enablement, or business development in fintech.
  • Experience working in high-growth, high-velocity startups or scale-ups.
